An ibex head emerges from a snow of textured paint, barely whiter than the sky. The coat is needle painting, white and rust, hair by hair; the long ringed horns are cut from pleated flocked leather, in true relief. White on white, the animal appears and disappears with the light, as it does in the mountains.
