What we do with your address
This site asks you for one thing only: your email address, and only if you choose to receive new works.
What is collected
Your email address, which you type yourself.
The date and time of your subscription, your IP address, the exact wording of the box you ticked, and the page you subscribed from. These four are not asked of you: they are recorded automatically, and they exist for one reason — to prove that you consented, should the question ever arise.
Why, and on what basis
To send you new works before they reach a gallery. Nothing else: no third-party promotion, no resale, no sharing.
The legal basis is your consent, given by a box you tick yourself and confirmed by a click in an email. Without that click, nothing will ever be sent to you.
For how long
A subscription that is never confirmed is deleted after thirty days.
A confirmed subscription is kept until you unsubscribe. After that, your address stays on record as unsubscribed: that is what guarantees you will not be re-subscribed by mistake, and lets us prove we stopped writing to you.
How to leave
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. One click is enough: no confirmation, no questions, no password.
You may also request access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to the site's contact address.
Who processes this data
The site is hosted by Vercel. The database and the email sending service are provided by technical suppliers acting on our behalf, who use your data for no other purpose.
No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising.
Audience measurement
The site counts its visits without setting an advertising cookie or building a profile. No data identifying you is attached to it.
